The following items are due within 2 weeks of making a reservation:
* Signed Rental Agreement/Lease
* 50% Rental Fee Deposit
* Refundable $250 Security/Cleaning Deposit
* Any Optional Observatory Fees

7% Maine Lodging Tax

Final Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your stay.
